1. Personal Details

In order for us to answer your requests, and to be able to offer our services, we collect and save the following information from you:

First name
Last name
Telephone No.
Email address

Information regarding booking such as:

  • Ability
  • Hotel
  • Date and time

2. Registration

We gather and save your information on our homepage, when you make a booking request via email or telephone.

3. Retention of Information

Any personal information gathered will be saved in our server database, address database, in our digital calendar, in our guide book, on our internal calculator, and on our mobile devices. Any information gathered from our partner companies in order to carry out your booking will be saved in the same manner as information collected by ourselves.

4. Data Usage

We retain the right to use your personal information including your address, email address, and telephone number, exclusively for the completion of safety instructions and training purposes, and if desired, for the distribution of our newsletter. Any information or posts posted to social media platforms or rating websites, such as commentary, posts, or ratings may be copied and pasted on our homepage.

5. Relaying of Information

Any collected personal information will be passed on to the ski intsructor | ski guide | mountain guide, or any other necessary partner companies. In these cases, the passing on of information meets the requirements of the Austrian Federal Data Protection Act 2000. The extent of the transmitted data is limited to the minimum necessary. The transfer of any personal information will take place in the usual technological ways, such as email or a messenger service. Your personal data will otherwise not be passed on to third parties.

6. Corrections | Saving | Deleting of Personal Data

Under the Austrian Federal Data Act, you have a right to see the personal data collected, as well as the correction, saving and deleting of the affor mentioned data. If the deletion of any information is not possible due to legal, tax  or statutory purposes, the information can be blocked until such time as the retention period is finished. The unsubcribtion from our newsletter, and information distribution is always available to you via telephone or email.

7. Definition

Personal data is information, explicitly able to be used to identify a person.  This includes such information as a persons full name, address, or telephone number. Information that cannot be directly used to identify a person, such as ability, or hotel name do not fall into this category.

8. Federal Data Act

Collected personal data will be collected and saved exclusively under the rules and regulations stipulated by the Austrian Federal Data Act 2000.

9. Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provider from Google inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address, which, however, is anonymized using the _anonymizeIp () method so that it can no longer be assigned to a connection) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and saved there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Under no circumstances will Google link your IP address with other Google data.
